What is involved in the initial Free Consultation?

1. We will walk the property with you. We ask you to accept and sign the agreement so that we can move forward with the process of securing your work into our schedule. At this time we can accept a deposit by form of credit card or  check.

4. Success! We have an agreement. The next step is to schedule your work. We strive to get your project into our schedule within two weeks time. You will have a date on the calendar and should there be any change you will be notified immediately.  We will start gathering your landscape materials. We visit our nurseries and hand select each plant in your project. We select the best quality and inspect the health of each individual plant. We will also go to the tree farms and start to measure for the correct height and characteristics of the trees that will work most effectively in your landscape design. Only the finest grade Florida fancy plants are chosen during this process.
   • Your irrigation materials are selected from our warehouse. When we install a new landscape project we most often have to alter the existing irrigation system to ensure the new plant material has proper water coverage, especially when newly transplanted.

   • We ensure the safety of our crew and of those visiting your property by calling Palm Beach County 811 before the start of the protect. The utility companies who have potential facilities in the area of your dig site will be notified about our intent to dig. Each affected utility company will send a locator to mark the approximate location of your underground utility lines.  This typically occurs within 2-3 working days. This makes sure your project is safe and we don’t run into any problems.

   •  After we have received confirmation of the locate we can officially  start the installation project. We will come and install the landscape design. We provide the irrigation needed of the new plants.

   • We will leave the area clean and sometimes may have to pressure clean walkways or driveways when the installation is complete.

   •  We will ask you to perform a final inspection and ensure you 100% satisfied. For the next month we will follow up weekly to make sure the plants and trees are doing well and there isn’t a need for immediate West Palm Beach Sprinkler Repair or other issues that may be happening. We also offer a 1 year warranty on all plant material for the first year if we are the ones providing the landscape maintenance to the property.
